VSSJAFC detachable double flange transmission joint
The double flange transmission joint is composed of valve body,
sealing ring, gland, telescopic short pipe and other main
components. The joint is applicable to the pipe uniformly connected
with flanges on both sides. During installation, adjust the
installation length between the two ends of the joint and the
flange, tighten the gland bolts diagonally and evenly to make them
a whole with a certain displacement for installation. When
repairing the transmission joint, it shall be adjusted according to
the field dimensions. The double flange drive joint can transmit
the reverse axial thrust to the entire pipeline in operation.
Performance of double flange transmission joint
1. It shall have high compression capacity to ensure the operation
of the pipeline during crustal movement. It has high corrosion
resistance. The expansion joints are buried underground all the
year round, so it has high requirements for corrosion resistance.
2. It can move axially to eliminate the thermal expansion and cold
contraction stress caused by seasonal changes or different media.

installation, adjust the connecting length of both ends of the
product, tighten the gland bolts in turn and adjust the limit nuts.

Double flange transmission joint application
