Wide arch NBR bellow joints rubber consists of four parts: inner lining layer, winding layer, outer
lining layer, and flange. Experienced craftsmen use hand-winding
technology to wrap the pre-treated rubber strips according to a
specific angle and tension, layer by layer on top of the
precision-designed molds, and each layer of winding needs to be
precisely controlled to ensure that the thickness of the pipe wall
is uniform and the corrugated structure is regular. This process
not only tests the skill and patience of the craftsmen, but also
gives the bellows unique mechanical properties and good
flexibility.
